Check eligibility –
B.Pharm.: 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology (PCM/PCB); the college states 50% minimum marks.
D.Pharm.: 10+2 Science with PCM/PCB; the college states 45% minimum marks.
Age requirements and category relaxations apply as per norms.
Obtain the application form – Download the prospectus/application from the official website or collect it from the Principal's office.
Pay application fee – The published admission procedure mentions ₹500 payable in cash or by A/C payee Demand Draft in favour of NEPEDS, payable at Guwahati.

Medical examination – Admission is subject to a satisfactory medical fitness report.
