Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is a 2-year pharmacy diploma programme designed to provide foundational knowledge and practical training in medicines, pharmaceutical sciences, dispensing, drug storage, pharmacy practice and patient counselling.

The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) recognises D.Pharm as an approved qualification for pharmacist registration when completed from a PCI-approved institution and after meeting the applicable registration requirements. PCI currently describes D.Pharm as a 2-year course after 10+2, with 500 hours of practical training.
